This is a full-body signature flow with no props, designed to take you through the machine in a true 360° practice. I start with a thorough warm-up to prep the body, then build into heavy-spring upper body work before moving into lunges, front splits on the footbar, and long stretch. From there, we load up a strong side-lying glute series and move through the rowing series before reversing the entire sequence. The class is structured, intentional, and demanding... it is a good challenge of strength, mobility, and control while using every angle of the reformer. Enjoy!!
