Full-body in under 30-mins. We begin with a prone postural sequence to activate the upper back and shoulder stabilisers, setting the tone for strong alignment and connection through the back body. From there, we move into supine work including chest lifts, roll ups, and weighted hundreds to elevate the heart rate and engage the core through dynamic, breath-driven patterns.
The class then shifts into a standing lunge series combining hip extension, rotation, and side bending to challenge stability, balance, and time under tension through the lower body. Expect to feel everything working here as we layer complexity and fatigue!
We then flow into a scooter series to fully burn out the legs before repeating on the second side. To close, kneeling thigh stretch adds a final upper body integration before we take time to lengthen and release. Enjoy!
