This 45-minute, full-body mat flow challenges a wide range of movement patterns using just your bodyweight. We move through hip opening work, knees-over-toes, side plank variations, spinal extension and stability, shoulder strength and control, and lateral flexion. The class blends functional movement with the classical Pilates pillars, training connection and coordination through the entire body. Expect a balanced, athletic session that builds strength, resilience, and mobility across the entire body. No props needed fam!
