HIGHLIGHT: THIGH STRETCH
REFORMER
•
7m 55s
In this highlight, I break down the kneeling thigh stretch facing the pulleys on the reformer. This isn’t just about opening the front of the body, it’s about how you organise your pelvis, spine, and shoulders to create true length without dumping into the low back. I walk you through where the work lives, what to stabilise, and how to use the springs to support control rather than collapse. This is a return-to practice exercise: revisit it, refine it! *Ball is used to engage adductors, but it is not required.
