"THE RESET SEASON" - WEEK 3, FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT
You've built awareness, you've built strength, and now it's time to put it into motion.
This week, we step away from isolated movements and start applying everything you've learned to more functional, full-body patterns. The focus shifts to how your body works as one connected system, linking your hips, trunk, and upper body through movements that challenge balance, coordination, and control.
We'll build strength through the lower body, explore standing movement patterns, and introduce exercises like lunges, hinges, push, and pull variations that transfer beyond the mat and into everyday life. By the end of the week, you'll feel more confident moving under load, more coordinated through your whole body, and ready to bring everything together in a dynamic strength and skill flow.
