•
17m
A quick upper body Reformer flow, all under 20 minutes. We start reverse-facing with some prep work to warm up the shoulders and find our foundation before moving into a unilateral strap sequence on each side. From there, we finish with a plank series to bring the upper body and core together. A short and focused one for your shoulders, arms, back, and centre when you want to get it done without spending an hour on it. Enjoy!
