After a quick warmup, I guide you through a core-focused sequence using a yoga block to challenge the obliques and deepen your connection to the centre. We’ll move through controlled teaser variations and rotational patterns that subtly bring the shoulders into play while building strength through the waist.
To keep the flow dynamic, I weave in moments of leg mobility and lower-body work to briefly distract the abs before we return to the next side or set. It keeps the session feeling fluid while the core continues to work underneath it all.
This class is designed to be completed in under 30 minutes. You can add ankle weights if you’d like a little extra load through the legs and an added challenge throughout the flow.
