BRAVADO WITH JUMPBOARD
BRAVADO
•
44m
This Bravado-style jumpboard session blends athletic, dynamic movement with slow, controlled strength work. We begin with a classic BBB warm-up on your back to find rhythm through the legs before moving into a kneeling single-arm series with one strap to connect the upper body and core.
From there we shift into hip-focused work --> internal and external rotation, fire hydrants, and lateral leg extensions to build strength and control through the hips. We then move into single-leg step-downs with a slow eccentric focus, challenging stability and precision before turning up the intensity with heavy skaters and single-leg jumps to elevate the heart rate.
We repeat the sequence to push the body toward muscular fatigue, finishing with a fun jumping abs-to-inversion set. This one is a goodie if you love a blend of control and power in your sessions. Props: Jumpboard and dumbbells.
