A reformer glutes and abs session that brings together two of my favourite things to train. We’ll layer plank variations with stability-focused leg work, including lunge variations that challenge your control and endurance through full range of motion.
The class then builds into a signature strap kickback series, with a set-up that places extra emphasis on the obliques and trunk stability, so expect your side waist to really fire.
A strong, dynamic flow that blends control, strength, and a bit of spice. Enjoy!
