Expect minimal rest and quick transitions to keep intensity high and the body constantly working. Each round challenges strength, coordination, and endurance while maintaining control under fatigue.
You can keep it as a short, sharp hit or add extra rounds if you want to build more volume. A flexible, high-energy session you can tailor to how you’re feeling on the day.
