Buckle up for this 50-minute full-body reformer session with Taylah. We start with heavy double-leg footwork to fire up the lower body, moving into a core and hip bridge warm-up. Hamstring gliders follow to establish strong posterior chain engagement, before transitioning into a side-lying glute series... some parallel clams, internal and external rotation (the good stuff).
From there, we challenge stability with zero-spring lunges, biasing the hamstrings and glutes. A focused core and shoulder set sits through the middle, before repeating the sequence on the second side.
We finish with feet in straps to lengthen, reset, and integrate. A resistance band is layered throughout for added intensity, but is completely optional.
