Designed with beginners in mind, this session focuses on control and alignment. You’ll move through foundational exercises that engage the entire body making it ideal for building confidence and refining technique.

"ALPINE SERIES" 02
Workout 02 introduces the Pilates ball to add variety and gentle resistance to your mat practice. This session targets the whole body with a focus on core, shoulders, and glutes. It’s slightly more challenging than workout 01 but still beginner-friendly.

Another 30-minute mat session that builds upper body strength, endurance, and deep core integration. Expect to feel your shoulders and abdominals get some solid work in as you move through the sequences.
