Throughout the class, you’ll work the upper body, side body, and lower body through a mix of unilateral and bilateral movement patterns, giving you space to notice differences between sides and refine your stability.
This one is more of a slow burn, asking for precision and focus rather than rushing through the work. Expect deep core integration, side-body connection, and moments that really test your balance and control under fatigue.
