"TRS" - WEEK 2, CLASS 8
MAT-BASED

This class is where Week 2 comes together in a more dynamic, integrated way. Instead of thinking about core, hips, or rotation separately, we start to experience how they all work at the same time to support movement.
The yoga block is introduced as a simple tool to give you feedback. It helps you notice when you’re truly connected through your centre, and when you’re relying on momentum, tension, or compensation.
We move through familiar exercises like bridging, dead bugs, toe taps, spine twists with different lever positions, single-leg circles and sweeps. I also introduce the series of five, and a full set of the hundred... they are tough sequences, but staples!
This class is about awareness under movement... Can you stay organised through your core as the challenge changes? Can you maintain control when fatigue starts to build?
By the end, you should feel like the work from this week is no longer separate ideas, but one connected system you can actually feel and use in your body.
