My signature full-body reformer flow designed to build strength while creating length and expansive range of motion. We work primarily on heavier springs to challenge the lower body and posterior chain, intertwined with a lighter single-arm upper body series. Expect to use the machine in every direction, standing, seated, lying, side-facing, and reverse. My goal with these dynamic flows is to blend load, mobility, and precision for a balanced, athletic practice that leaves you feeling strong, open, and connected.
