I want to show you how much your upper body relies on connection, not just strength. In this class, we explore how the shoulders, core, and spine work together to create movement that feels supported, efficient, and controlled.
I’ll guide you through gentle mobility and foundational strength work so you can start to feel those relationships in real time. We move through cat/cow, thread the needle, scapular push-ups, knee hovers, bird dog variations, wall slides, and planks... each one designed to help you understand posture, stability, and control from the inside out, not just the outside shape.
The intention here is to wake up your awareness of how you hold yourself, and to understand where your body tends to compensate for mobility, strength, and stability limitations.
