The goal is to create a stable baseline: align the body, reconnect to the core (powerhouse), and establish efficient movement mechanics that support long-term strength and progression. This phase prioritises precision and awareness over intensity, ensuring each client develops a strong mind–muscle connection before layering complexity.
You'll hear me talk about "movement literacy", and what that is, is a foundational framework focused on enhancing an individual’s body awareness, movement mechanics, and understanding of functional patterns. Let's get stuck into it, fam.
