Welcome to Reset Season!!!
No matter where you are in your practice, I’m really glad you’re here. This series is about slowing things down so we can go deeper, reconnecting with the fundamentals that shape how your body moves, feels, and responds.
In this first class, we’ll come back to breath and movement as one. I’ll guide you through diaphragmatic and lateral breathing so you can actually feel your rib cage expand and settle, and start to notice how your breath supports everything else.
From there, we gently build into foundational core connection through supine work... feel good movements like knee folds and leg rotations to explore pelvic stability and control, and bridging layers to start waking up the posterior chain.
We’ll also move through cat/cow, thread the needle, and mermaid flows to open up spinal articulation, rotation, and side body mobility.
The intention isn’t to do more, it’s to feel more!!! To wake the body up with awareness, and create a sense of ease and organisation you can carry into everything else you do. I really hope you enjoy learning more about your body and the practice.

"TRS" - WEEK 1, CLASS 4

Rather than adding anything new, we’re integrating what you’ve already explored... breath, core connection, spinal awareness, and upper and lower body support. I want you to focus on what initiates each mo...
