A full-body dumbbell strength session designed to challenge your entire body from start to finish. We move through strong lower-body patterns like sumo squats, B-stance RDLs into pigeon squats, and step-back lunges, all layered with upper-body work to keep everything switched on.
You’ll press, row, and stabilise through movements like overhead work, ceiling pokes, and bear hold renegade rows... building strength, control, and coordination under load. The mix of unilateral and bilateral work keeps your body adapting the whole way through.
We finish with a core series to tie it all together. Simple, strong, and effective. You’ll feel this one everywhere and don't forget to load it up!
