You have us for an hour!! Thank me later, fam. This is a full-body reformer session with Taylah, set at a Level 2-3 pace with plenty of room to explore and refine. This class leans into unilateral work and varied set-ups to challenge trunk stability, coordination, and control from side to side.
Expect moments of intensity as you move through peak challenges that demand you to lock in and focus. I want you to scan the body throughout the class; noticing differences, adjusting force, and using co-contraction to create more balance and symmetry in each movement.
Props: go heavy with your dumbbell choice for an added strength challenge.
