This flow uses a single dumbbell to add load and to offset weight balance throughout the session. We begin with a dynamic stretch, roll-ups, and footwork to warm the body and establish connection before moving into kickback work, supine obliques, shoulder integration, and a unilateral squat series. Hip mobility is layered into the kickbacks through large, controlled circles, building toward pistol squats and arabesque balance challenges. A well-rounded session that blends mobility, control, and full-body coordination with thoughtful progression.
