We’re wrapping up Week 1 here, and this class is where everything starts to come together.
Rather than adding anything new, we’re integrating what you’ve already explored... breath, core connection, spinal awareness, and upper and lower body support. I want you to focus on what initiates each movement, think about how the breath facilitates each position, and starting to feel (and take note of) how it all links in movement.
The intention is to leave you with a sense of connection. Like your body is working with you, not against you, and a clearer understanding of how your foundation actually supports everything you do.
