This is a full-body, mat-based dumbbell workout where I focus on unilateral strength to help you build balance and control through the body. We start with a warm-up to switch everything on and prepare you to lift well, then move into three strong sets of work.
I’ll guide you through exercises that challenge each side individually, so your core stays active and supportive the entire time. If you have a few different sets of dumbbells nearby, perfect! I want you to challenge yourself with load in this one and lean into the strength element of the session.
