A full-body mat session using the ball to challenge control, mobility, and strength through multiple planes of movement. We begin with saw variations to explore stretch, flexion, and breath-led abdominal work.
From there, we move into a unilateral series of bridging and side-lying clam work, building hip strength, pelvic control, and awareness between sides. The challenge continues with side planks and side bends to target lateral flexion range and oblique strength.
We finish strong with triceps work, tendon stretch, and push ups to round out the session with some upper body endurance. A balanced, feel-good flow with a little bit of everything woven in.
