A 60-minute full body reformer flow with our new guest, Alex! This one was filmed on a seriously hot day in the studio, so turn your music up and settle in. You’ll need two heavy dumbbells as we move through a mix of functional endurance work, and classical Pilates exercises, blending control, load, and flow. Level 2, with plenty of moments to challenge your strength, coordination, and stamina. Enjoy!!!
