This 30-minute signature reformer flow starts with a supine warm-up before moving through the machine in all 360° directions. It’s a full-body session designed to feel continuous and fluid, with minimal spring changes to keep you in rhythm. Ankle weights are optional if you want an extra layer of challenge, but not essential. Expect smart transitions, thoughtful sequencing, and a class that feels efficient and balanced.
