A mat-based strength session using a bench or reformer box and one heavy dumbbell to build full-body strength, fam.
We move through 3 working sets for the legs, followed by 2 focused sets for the arms and shoulders, using repetition and load to create progressive overload across the workout. If you have multiple dumbbells available, I encourage you to keep a few weights nearby so you can increase the challenge as you move through each round.
This session leans into core strength training principles... think controlled tempo, quality reps, and working close to fatigue to stimulate adaptation. Remember, strength isn’t built by rushing through reps; it’s built by choosing resistance that challenges you, maintaining form under load, and progressively asking a little more of your body over time.
