I take you to the reverse end of the reformer for an express core and shoulder workout using the short box over the rails. This is a strong "c-curve" focused set, so expect your hip flexors to work alongside your abdominals... this is intentional and part of the challenge, not something to avoid!! The work demands control, shoulder stability, and deep core connection, making it efficient and effective in a short amount of time. If you want an extra layer of intensity >> add ankle weights.
