A short box reformer flow that may be light in load, but still brings the challenge as per usual! Full transparency… I was a little unhinged filming this one, so let’s just call it a true mind over matter session. Expect a quick but effective full-body burn targeting your trunk, shoulders, and legs with a subtle hamstring bias throughout.
