A mat-based abs and glutes sculpt session designed to challenge your muscular endurance, stability, control, and deep core.
We move through quadruped work using the ball to activate certain areas, layering in rotation and variation to really test hip and trunk stability. Expect a slow burn through the glutes while your core works overtime to keep you anchored. We finish with a strong abdominal set, placing the ball under the ankles to increase instability... lighting up your entire flexor system, from your head through to your tail. Optional wrist weights can be added for extra intensity, but aren’t essential for this one!
