I may have got a message a few days after we filmed this one with Taylah saying ouch still, so I am sorry in advance! I built this session around supersets, so it's all about control, quality reps, and pushing closer to failure. I want you working in that challenging space → using your spring and dumbbell choices to dial the load up or down, but ultimately making it a challenge for YOU.
We move through a standard warm-up to get you prepped and primed, before hitting a heavy side-lying glute series targeting adductors and external rotators. From there, we load into standing single-leg RDLs and scooter for strength and hip extension, finishing with a stability challenge through zero-spring lunges.
And then… we go again. Enjoy it, lean into the challenge, and make it yours fam.
