This lower body session is all about form and functional strength. We start with a quick warm-up, then move into supine single leg extensions to build connection and heat through the quads before stepping into the crux of the class. Using one heavy dumbbell and a mini band (have a few resistances on hand to switch when needed), I guide you through controlled, intentional work designed to build strength that carries over into the way you move every day.
