EXPRESS BACK & ARMS
UPPER BODY
•
15m
In this workout, I take you through a series focused on the back line of the arms and upper back. We’ll work through four-point kneeling and single arm movements that challenge stability while helping you really connect into the rotator cuff muscles. By tapping into these smaller stabilisers, we strengthen support around the shoulder and build better control through the entire shoulder girdle. It’s a short but effective sequence designed to leave your arms and back feeling strong, supported, and switched on.
