45-mins of an obliques and shoulders-focused session designed to get your spine moving and your powerhouse fully integrated. We explore rotation, anti-rotation, and lateral flexion → encouraging freedom through the spine first, then using the obliques to organise, control, and stack you back into alignment.
You’ll feel your entire powerhouse working: deep core, hips, and trunk, all supporting and driving each sequence. We move through a mix of front-facing, back-facing, and side-facing work to challenge the shoulders from every angle, building strength, stability, and control. Enjoy guys!!
