An advanced full-body mat flow with no props, designed to slowly build toward oblique teaser variations that challenge strength, control, and coordination. Throughout the class, you’ll work the upper body, side body, and lower body through a mix of unilateral and bilateral movement patterns, giving you space to notice differences between sides and refine your stability.
This one is more of a slow burn, asking for precision and focus rather than rushing through the work. Expect deep core integration, side-body connection, and moments that really test your balance and control under fatigue.
Use your breath as your anchor, stay present through the challenging transitions, and focus on creating steadiness through the body as the intensity builds.
