An advanced Signature flow combining posture-focused work with dynamic strength and control challenges throughout. We’ll move through prone box work, including a grasshopper variation to fire up the backline, before flowing into an upper body sequence that transitions into side-facing inner thigh work and warrior lunges.
The series finishes with modified Copenhagen planks and a snake twist variation to challenge the side body, stability, and coordination under fatigue.
