You have another solo session with me fam! And it's a 50-minute full body reformer workout using one dumbbell and the box. This is a well-rounded class with a lower body bias toward hamstrings and glutes, balanced with focused work through the shoulders and side waist. Expect flowing sequences, thoughtful transitions, and a few spicy moments throughout. We finish with some posterior chain work and then my FAVVVV... feet in straps.
