Back for round 2 with Alex and yes, we’re turning the dial up. This is a full body Bravado session with plenty of peaks, playful suffering (the good kind), and lots of switching between heavy and light springs to keep you on your toes. We move through supersets, bring in the box, and dumbbells to challenge the body. It’s level 3, so expect to feel strong, a little shaky, and very accomplished by the end.
