In this session I place a little extra emphasis on your inner thighs, obliques, shoulders, and deep core. I love pairing these areas because they build true midline connection that carries into everything.
We’ll use some light weights for the warmup, the ring to fire up your adductors and switch on that inner line, and the box for some focused core work. I layer the sequences so your core is constantly organising you whether you’re lying down, kneeling, or standing on the carriage.
It’s a strong class and I want you to feel connected, supported, and powerful through your centre by the end.
