This flow is one I come back to when I want to move with more curiosity and connection. With no props, we rely on our own control and awareness as we work through intricate sequences, handstand pikes, and transitions that ask you to really be in your body. We’ll take our time in juicy stretches, finding true elongation while staying engaged and supported. It’s challenging, a little bit playful, and very intentional, designed to help you explore range, coordination, and flow without rushing the process.
