A reformer-based lower body stretch designed to open up the hamstrings, glutes, and hips while restoring some movement through the spine.
Using the box for added height and the carriage to gently ease you into each position, this session allows you to move deeper into stretches without forcing range. We work through different spinal positions to uncover new “sweet spots” and release tension through the lower body.
