A lower body and ab-focused mat session that blends deep core work with strength, stability, and control. We start by tapping into the deep abdominals, moving through bridging patterns, both bilateral and unilateral to build connection through the posterior chain. A side-lying series follows to challenge stability while creating length and control through the hips and glutes.
From there, we move into inversion work, including roll overs and shoulder stand variations, to explore spinal articulation and full-body integration. We finish with a fiery teaser set to challenge strength and precision under fatigue.
Ankle weights are optional if you want to increase intensity.
Please note: Inversions that heavily load or compress the cervical spine may not be suitable for those with osteoporosis, disc herniations, or related conditions.
